After earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD), Dr. Charlot further honed his expertise through fellowship training in internal medicine and cardiology at Norwegian American Hospital (now Humboldt Park Health) in Chicago. Today, he is a trusted healthcare provider in Central Florida, known for his unwavering dedication to patient care and medical excellence.

Dr. Donel J. Richemond, MBA, MSN, RN, Executive Vice President, is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and education, dedicated to transforming nursing education. Beginning his career in 2000 as a nurse technician, he advanced through various leadership roles as an LPN, RN, and healthcare administrator. Dr. Richemond holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, a Bachelor in Business Administration from Florida A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, a Master’s in Nursing from Western Governors University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
